Arnold franks has been around for over 45 years supplying northlanders with everything they need. Arnold Franks Ltd is a Whangarei based private company established in 1963. We are committed to servicing our customers with quality products at competitive prices.

Our experienced staff has extensive product knowledge backed by manufacturer support. We are here to ensure that you have your requirements met promptly and efficiently at all times.

Brief Time Line.

A brief timeline on what has happened in the last 45 years at arnold franks.

 

  • 1963 - Arnold & Ian Franks found Arnold Franks General Merchants.

    Working on capital of 500 Pounds, they acted as wholesale representatives for many companies including Dunlop, Reid rubber, and Amalgamated Batteries.

  • 1967 - Arnold Franks relocates from Walton St to our current premises on the corner of Lower Cameron and Carruth St.

    From traditionally being a wholesaler for the dairy farming industry we have adapted with the times and continually adding more products (click here for more details).

  • 2006 - Steve & Rhondda Nightingale purchased Arnold Franks from current owner Ian Franks.

    Steve and Rhondda are committed to the business, and to see it prosper and last another 45 years.
